Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook. Cook (born on October 4 1978) is an American actress. She has starred with the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the TV show Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart voiced her as well as Robot Chicken's voice and She's All That (1999), respectively. The series was launched with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian, social worker and former as well as JoAnn Cook who is weaver and teacher of cooking. She is of Italian descent. Cook was just seven years old when she was featured in a public announcement about foster care. At age 10 years old, Cook began working as a child printer and was featured in national Target advertisements and on Milk Bone dog biscuits. She was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
